1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- You received a damaged or defective product
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the original packaging
- Reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Returned with all tags, accessories, and original invoice
We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or general dissatisfaction unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return
If your order qualifies for a return:

- Items lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded
